Domestic Shipping Services

Free Shipping on orders over $99 (after any discounts and before sales tax). Some over-sized items will be billed shipping even when the amount is over $99.

Featured Guest Artist - Shipping will be based on the Artist's shipping terms and is listed in the Artist's item description.

Orders will be shipped from our California, USA location via UPS, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, and will vary in cost depending on delivery zip code and package weight. Overages in actual shipping and handling costs will be refunded to the original method of payments.

Please allow 1 - 10 business days for processing and shipping of orders.

If your order tracking is showing delivered and you have not received the package please contact your local police department to file a report and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. *Little Turtle Cottage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by shipping carrier.

Returns

We want to you be happy with your items. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns of unopened & undamaged items in new condition for 21 days after the time of purchase. *No Returns on Face Masks or cut yardage fabric which includes BOM & Quilt Kits.

Email info@littleturtlecottage.com with your return request and we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code

Once the returned items are inspected per return terms we will issue a refund for your returned goods less shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
