Featured Guest Artist - Shipping will be based on the Artist's shipping terms and is listed in the Artist's item description.
Free Shipping on orders totaling $99 or more before tax. Featured Guest Artist items do not qualify for free shipping unless specified by Artist.
Orders will be shipped from our California, USA locations via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS, and will vary in cost depending on delivery zip code and package weight.
Stampin' Up! orders are shipped directly from Stampin' Up! and do not qualify for Free Shipping or Gift with purchase.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders should be placed as a separate order from In-stock items.
Items from the same collection should be placed on the same order to be shipped together and separate from other pre-order collections or items as arrival dates differ for each collection.
If you place an order with Pre-order items AND In-stock items together on the same order, your order will be held until the pre-order items arrive and are ready to ship.
Pre-order expected dates are an estimate based on projected arrival dates, however, worldwide delays in shipping continue to be a reality. Pre-ordered items will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

If your order tracking is showing delivered and you have not received the package please contact your local police department to file a report and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. *Little Turtle Cottage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by shipping carrier.
