RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
We make every effort to ensure your order is accurate and in excellent condition when it leaves our warehouse and we want you to be happy with your items.

We will accept returns of unopened & undamaged items in new condition for 21 days after the time of purchase with an RMA code.
*We do not accept returns on Face Masks and Hair Scrunchies or cut yardage (which includes BOM & club programs).
We are unable to accept returns on patterns & books due to copyright laws.
Email info@littleturtlecottage.com with your return request and we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.
Once the returned items are inspected per our return terms we will issue a refund for your returned goods less shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Cancellation of orders that have not yet shipped are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. (Pre-ordered fabric excluded).
